Josh Beaulieu is an experienced public safety leader and entrepreneur with over 29 years of fire and EMS service experience, which includes serving in executive leadership roles for municipal and private sector fire and EMS agencies.  His education includes an MBA with a concentration in Public Administration, as well as numerous public safety certifications, licenses and professional designations. 
Josh has been a paramedic since 1996.  He currently serves as vice-chair of the CT EMS Advisory Board and is the chair of the CEMSAB Mobile Integrated Healthcare committee.  He is recognized as an EMS subject matter expert and an active contributor to local and state EMS initiatives. 
As an entrepreneur, Josh is named on 3 patents for patient handling equipment he designed and marketed with his former company, B2 Products llc.  He also founded the CT Health and Safety Entrepreneurs (CHASE) Collaborative, which brought together small businesses in the health and safety market to share ideas and support each other professionally.   
As a consultant, Josh is eager to help clients address a variety of challenges within his areas of expertise, which include project management, EMS system management and leadership, community health and safety programming, and business management.  For individuals, Josh offers fire service entry-level and promotional process career coaching, as well as small business start-up, promotion and growth assistance.
